Can anyone tell me why this is happening…
I have loaded my background image … see here…
But if i scroll or zoom or try to box select, this happens…
It happns all the time and with all background images…
Making it nearly impossible to model…
PLEASE HELP…
I don’t know if it is a particular build of Blender you are using, but I would try updating the drivers of your vid card first, and if that doesn’t work, try a different build of Blender. Anything graphical at all, I always look to update the drivers in any machine I use, and the issues clear up.

I pretty sure it not the blender build… Same happened with direct download from blender.org and graphicall. Hope it is not graphic card cause I have no idea how to update a graphic card… Is it difficult?
Update… I googled subject and seems to be a lot of info so I will check that out and get back to u if I can’t solve it myself.

You could try posting the .blend (delete your meshes and other work if you want)
Then someone can verify if it’s a graphics card issue or anything else.
