Disconect CTRL J

Hello,

This time I dont know wath happen.
I have made same animations as before, but this time, I can not select the object ( 99.se ) everything comming with. I think i matter of disconection of Ctrl J, but I dont know how to do
I try to animate, but nothing happen with I key.Please, can you look at my blender file and give me some advance.

You can disconnect an object from another object in Edit Mode. Select the geometry then, hit P. Is that what you are looking to do? I am rendering now and can not open your file.
