a fan art i was sculpting it for a while in blender without using the symmetry feature , rendered in cycles.
textured in substance painter.
software used : blender 2.82a

I love how you managed hairs… Is this hair particles converted into mesh then sculpted upon?

about the hair i just adjust the root diameter while increasing the length of the hair and increased the radius of the hair a little to make it a little wider and added some noise to the hair .
