Displacement map problem

Hello!
I’m having problem with my displacement map in blender. The seams become visible when I turn on my displacement map in the node editor:

I exported my displacement from zbrush to blender, following this parameters:

I also used the options ‘smooth UV’ and ‘recalc UV’ in zbrush. I did this because I was following a tutorial.

I’ve tried another parameters in zbrush export, but I didn’t succeed.
How can I solve this?

I’m not sure it’ll help, but I often see people set their ‘Midlevel’ in the displacement node to 0.5.

The questions I’d ask though, is why are there seams there anyway? Seems weird to split the face into multiple pieces in the UV.
