Displacement maps from multires baking doesn't work

Hello everyone, I’ve been trying to bake out some displacement maps from some sculpting I did and they fail to displace spectacularly (the scale is way off, and the displacement isn’t close at all to the sculpt). Is this a known issue in Blender? I’m using 2.92

Do you mean baking a normal map from highres to lowres? And can you post an example?
What do you mean with “Scale is way off”. And close at all to the sculpt means it doesn’t like the high res sculpt?
