dissapearing act

Ok…for a game im creating i want my character to dissapear and replace itself with a new mesh when it comes in contact with something.

How would i do that…and how would i hide the replacement mesh?? :-? rep

One the edit object actuator there is a mode called replace mesh. This will replace the mesh of your object with another mesh. To hide it, you could make another mesh in which all the faces are invisible, and replace the mesh with that.
