Dissolving vertices

Trying to build a simple house with a tutorial. After having done some loopcuts I needed to dissolve some vertices. I am able to do a few, since they dissolve to a (new) quad. For the last remaining 6 vertices it probably doesn’t work since it adds up to an ngon instead of a quad. What are possible solutions for this?stc=120160613-SimpleHouse-v01.00.blend (448 KB)

You cannot remove them all, faces cannot have holes in them so you will need some connecting edges. Why do you need to dissolve them ?
