Distorded normal map

So, yesterday i was baking normals and everythings was working fine, and today when i started too, but then the normals started to get distorded, and the process tha i was using to do them was excactky the same, the only things that i changed was the shading split/ hard edges. And in handplane those distortion are not happening with the same mesh/cage etc. So any idea of what is happening?

obs: I am learning how to bake normals, so im not worrie about how the uv are placed for now.

Something almost like that happened yesterday, but i just had to close and open the file to fix it, didn’t worked today.
