Distorted UV's

When i uv upwrap this building it does this distortion, also on the uv editor the places where i put the uv faces dont line up to what i see on the building, how do i fix this?

When you unwrap there’s an option to check if you want the Subdivision Surface modifier taken into account. That may solve the second part of your question. As for the first part, you’d really have to show us the location of the UV seams and the actual UV editor. If stuff is all distorted and not straight on that then it will result in distortion.
