for a single image? no

for an animation? yes, sort of [blender can be told to render from the command line a particular frame, several scripts and programs exist that use this feature to let you distribute rendering over many machines… one I can remember the name of is called drqueue]

Renderplanet.com supports blender & yafray. Mac & Linux clients still in beta, tho.
