Does anyone know how to compile a plugin for GIMP for windows enviroment?
It´s from this page http://sudakyo.hp.infoseek.co.jp/gimp/fblur/focusblur_e.html
There is a C file there but I know nothing about compiling.
Any ideas how to do that?
