I’ve seen the online/html Blender manual, and it is excellent, but wanted to get a copy local to my Mac.
Is there a way to do this? Is there a PDF version of the manual that appears online?
thanks for any help

two ways. One, right at the bottom of the wiki manual, is a link about doing it yourself – which is the best way to get the most up-to-date version – which is here:: http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Meta:Tools/Wiki_conversions/Wiki_to_PDF
also, over at blendernation is an article about getting a pre-made pdf, tho I’m not sure how current it is, which is here:: http://www.blendernation.com/download-the-blender-wiki-in-pdf/
I used to need to do this ALL the time, as I had no net, and found these links invaluable. Hope they help!!
Keep on blending!!
beaten to it!
many thanks!
