Is there any easy way to download the wiki manual for blender

I’m using a mirrowing program…
if you using windows and internet explorer, go to the manuel’s index. then go to favorites, select make avalible off line. then customize and tell it to down load 1 page deep.then to access it off line just go to favorites again.
