ofc it’s possible to do it with blender, but why would u like to do that? You can do a lot with bone tracking.

You can do lots of things in the way of illusions with paper and simple illustration, you just need to find out what illusions can be done with it and how to do it.

you could re-create that geometry and camera move and the head will give the illusion…
teydo that in the haunted mansion at disneyland… faces pushed into the wall but cleverly lit so they look normal, yet they follow you around the room…
