Nice job with the model.
The only things I would look at is having the hair strands at a higher resolution and seeing if Substance Painter can help you map that wood grain to the Dragon’s curvature.

I agree, especially with texture. Creating that texture that follows the curve is something i’m not quite sure how to do. I think i’ll have to do some re-topology to create a constant curve down the back.
