Great models and texturing, did you make the textures by yourself, because I like that. I was also texturing my santa claus, but making textures for characters is not so easy, so I know what kind of work you did. Keep blending, it’s looking very cool now.
Awesome. I like the reindeer. He looks kind of evil hehe. Just rebelious maybe 
lol, the reindeer does look kinda evil, but he has to take on the grinch so he is a little grumpy.
and yes I did make my own textures, lol, sometimes they look great, sometimes they don’t. :-?

Both, but mostly making and applying good UV maps. You can see a screenshot of my best-ever barely-human character at www.maruta.50megs.com/muer.html. The screenshot I’m referring to is the 8th one.
