DSLR Lens

This is just a simple project of mine trying to recreate a DSLR lens. Any comment is appriciated. Hope you like it.

Currently i have a problem using blender revision 35844. When I reopen the file, select a mesh, enter into edit-mode and try to select a vertex, blender crashes.:no:
Do anyone of you any suggestion on how to solve this problem, because otherwise I cannot continue to work on this model.
P.s. Maybe I will try to download a previous build, and look if it works there…

EDIT: It seems that Ton commited a fix for the bug 10 minutes ago :smiley:

i tried the same thing you do on my blender (2.56a) and i didn’t get any crashes, could select and move vertices without any problems

your model itself looks good, materials could use some work
