I’m thinking about doing a dual 23-24" LCD setup for blender and other digital works. I’m considering getting the Apple 23" LCD monitors but have heard a lot of people don’t like them. My budget would allow for the apple solution but thats at the top end of it. I’ll be using an after market monitor stand as well. I did notice the the Apple did have a bit of a violet hue from a rather small angel (10 degrees) but no more distortions after that till nearly 180. Other than that I do really do like the apple solution. So what do you guys think?
I have a pair of Dell 24" monitors on my Mac Pro at work… they seem quite nice, visually, and have lots of flexible inputs. I have them both in portrait mode, for coding.
I did a side by side comparison between my older Gateway 24" FPD2485W LCD monitor and the Apple 23" Display and the Apple did come out on top. The Apple was not as bright so its better on my eyes in a lower light environment while coding.
