Duplicate Hair curves modifier not working properly for some reason

I am trying to create facial hair for a character when I add curve hair to it, it works fine, but things break when I add the duplicate hair curve modifier

I tried redoing the UV map, and recalculating the normals but nothing worked

Your test object is far too small for the Hair Generation, maybe if you included the complete head it would work. Multiplying the scale*10, then applying the scale, will get the results you are seeking…
( Even multiplying by 10, you can see the part is only in the .3 range)

Before redoing this, make sure to bring in that object and rescale it to at least real-world size…
