Dynamica

Hey, little old nayman again with another silly question…

I don’t get Python, or plug ins… i am a straight blender user… Not that there is anythign wrong with gay blender users… anyhoo, I mean, i use blender straight, with no plug ins or anything ( ishould) anyhoo, how hard would it be add Dynamica to blender permenantly. No python scripting, no plug ins. Just open blender, and you had full control of particles and cloth and water and physics… wow, blender would really rock then…

just an idea…

hey, i’m almost a monkey…

I’m evolving!

lets just say that it will not happen over night.

i understand… i am talking about the feasability of say, in a year or two… i dont computers, so i don’t know how much wokr it would be,

In a year or two, pretty much everything is possible.

frankly speaking, it would mean a complete rewrite of the particles system and architecture (for the particles part). For the simple object physics (as in for example, running a sinmulation using gameblender’s physics engine and write IPO from that) that would be a little easier (and can already be done with Python  ). Cloth would be harder than particles, and fluid harder than that (especially if you want to add voxel based rendering, but who would want to do that).

I admire smart people… so sorry theeth, don’t admire you
Thanx for the info, I guess i;'m stuck key framing everything…

oh well, gives me an excuse to skip homework

BTW, where can I get dynamica?(I had the link, but I “missplaced” it :expressionless: )

Dude check the Python and Plugins Forum its in the big list of scripts
