Dyntopo Minimum System Requirement for no lag.

Hey everyone,
I am planning to buy a new system and I was wondering if these system specs are enough for no lag and render.
I am hoping that the render time for a 500k poly or tri model with a 3 point lighting setup would render in cycles in less then 5 minutes atleast.

So my system specs are -
Gigabyte Nvidia Geforce GTX 660 2 gb
Intel 3.3 GHz Core i5 3550
Gigabyte GA-H77M-D3H Motherboard
Seasonic 600 Watts PSU
500 gb internal hard drive
Transcend JETRAM 8gb pc ram

Also could I be able to save some money on the motherboard and PSU. As I think for the GTX 660 a 500 watt PSU is good enough but just to stay in the safer side. And is the motherboard compatible with rest of the specs?

Also about how many polys could this spec handle without lag?

I don’t use Dyntopo but I would highly suggest getting a better GPU if speed is important for your renders. At least a GTX 560 will be ~15% faster than the GTX 660 you are looking at and can be found with the same amount of VRAM. 8GB RAM will likely work okay but 16GB would, of course, be better still.

Personally would go with an AMD based system (you can save a good deal of money just by doing that) based on an FX-8350 (8 cores, 4GHz) - I use these and they work really well.
