If you copy the link and paste it in a new tab it works, however if you simply click on the link the error message appears.

I like the original, if you could please post that. I’ve made many an earth model in 3ds max, but haven’t had a chance yet in Blender. Last one I used the high-res images from Nasa’s site.
I am not sure I like more the new one. Could you please explain which changes you did over the old one?
Just because you see someone doing something that’s been done before, doesn’t mean you can’t still be wow’d by it!!
