easy set light to all face

hi
how can I easy set light to face.
if I mark all face on obejct(with A, or B)in face mode and push the light button, it set only 1 face.

This question has been answered many times in the last few weeks - should be added to the faq.

Select your faces, select your drawmode settings and hit ‘copy drawmode’. That’s all.

here is another way: select faces then press W, this brings up a menu that includes “Set Light”
