I just recently discovered sculpt mode + retopo tool, they are absolutely invaluable anyways i was just playing around with it and this is what i came up.

ill see what else i can do to fill out this image, so many interesting possibilities with those two tools i will have to experiment…

thats what i was going for sortof, now i need to add a bit more surreal to it modelling wise:)
