Is it possibly to somehow bake the edgesplit effect on to a texture? I’m going to use my models in games, that’s why I have to bake it to a texture or something.
Edge Split literally rips your model into pieces at the edges that need to be sharp. If you apply the modifier and then export, the model will still be in pieces, which I assume would give you the sharp edges you want in your game. The only other thing I can think of is baking a Normal map for your model, but I dont know if it will give you as sharp an appearance as actually having a split mesh.
