Edited mesh having lighting or shading issues

I have a head mesh I have been doing the past couple days. Everything was going along and I noticed I forgot the tear duct area of the eye. So I added it on one side of the face and deleted half the head and added the other side to match symmetrically. I have already added the texturing on the face however (6 materials combined with a node structure) and now when I render the image you can see the lighting or shading issue. Anyone have a quick fix?
