Eevee artifacts

I’m getting weird artifacts in Eevee:
There is no coincident geometry, and everything renders fine in Cycles, even at standard out-of-the-box settings:
The model is at architectural scale, imported from Revit, so the blocks are about 30m tall. The geometry of the paths is pretty complex, but what I’m really wondering about is the buildings, which are very simple blocks, with just a bevel modifier to ease the corners. The artifacts appear even with the modifier off, so that’s not it.
Anyone know what the problem might be?
