My problem is that I put an animated background to affect light and reflections on a single object and it does work when I manually scroll throug the timeline. But when I try to previz the animation or render the sequence using EEVEE, it just gets stuck with the lighting and reflections of the first frame. I don’t have that problem with Cycles but, becasuse I have to render thousands of frames, I’d much rather use Eevee which was already giving a pretty good render look. Does anybody know how to force Eevee to read the environment for each frame when rendering a sequence? Thanks in advanced
You need a driver on the Offset value:

Cool! I’ll give that a try. Makes sense so I’ll give it a shot and let you know if it works. Thanks a lot!

Nice one! Thanks for the tip. It worked like a wonder. I was wondering how to force Eevee to read the light data every frame and this is it. Thanks a lot!

It’s a weird little hack, I’m glad it worked for you
