Eevee render with grid of lines?

is there a parameter or set up to get rid of these grid lines in Eevee render output image ?

this seems to appear only when i render with PNG image
does not show with JPG image !

And you doesn’t mean the XY-grid… rendered from Edit Mode with View → Viewport Render Image… which may be blured if saved as JPG with a very high compression…

i think i found the problem
nothing to do with the render output

it is my image editor that had some grid added but only for png images
which is kind of strange
