Emission Troubles...

So this is my first post on the forum, you have all been very helpful as I browse your problems - but now I have to post my more-specific problem… This isn’t the best example, but does have mesh shaders. I always get an unsatisfying amount of noise when I use emission shaders that are directly visible in the scene, or when I use windows in a room (mix shader with transparent/glass in place). What I would really like to achieve is emitting lights coming through a semi-transparent plane. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
