Emitting subtract

is there s technique we can exclude a particular object from emission of another object in the scene?

You can render 2 scenes and mix them via crypto matte, but a bloom effect may result undesired.

The center sphere do not receive light from green cube :

Is it that what you want to do?
There is perhpas better solution but I just use a plane to cut the light

and then I use a shader to have my plane invisible to the camera :
