I don’t understand, when i try to use the collision, near or touch sensors they dont work. Ive gone to my freinds house and when i do it there it works. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it doesnt work.
Plz help!
Near sensor has some problems in 2.42.
Touch sensor is old fashioned, I’d use the collision sensor (which does the same thing only with materials and properties)
Ya, but what can i do to fix. Im not good at programming so most of the stuff i do involves collision.
Cyborg Dragon justsaid to use a collision sensor with materials or properties. I dont think python would help anyway.
You can use python for collision detection… But if your new just use a simple collision logic brick.
Didn’t you guys read my post, the collision logic brick does not work for me. I don’t know what to do because when i try to reinstall i have the same problem.
What OS do you have, and what version of blender are you using? Can you post the .blend file for us to see (use http://www.box.net to host it)?
