Is there anyway to see the environment image? Or is there an easier way to make something jump behind an object in the image that is mapped to the environment?
if I’m understanding the question correctly:
make a new object that from the camera’s view looks just like the object in the environment image, and give it a material with 0 alpha but don’t turn on any transparency option, and you should be able to make things jump “behind” the original object in the image
maybe you mean make a backround image?
Sort of. I know hot to make objects invisible by hitting the ENV button on the ray tab. However, i never know where to place it, is there anyway to show the WORLD texture before rendering?
This might help:
i think that is exactly what i needed, thanx!
