error on last line for menu selection!

i have a menu selection with several levels and
in latest build i get an error on the name

  if int(menu_options)==9: # Supporting
   choices = \
    {
    1 : {"name" : "Support 1", "func" : q1},
    2 : {"name" : "Support 2", "func" : q3},
    3 : {"name" : "Support 3", "func" : q3},
    4 : {"name" : "Support 4", "func" : q3},
    5 : {"name" : "Support5", "func" : q4}
    }

   menu_supporting5 = int(menu_supporting5)

   if menu_supporting5 in choices :
    choice = choices[menu_supporting5]
    type_of_lighting_added = choice["name"]
    choice["func"]()

   else : print ("FAILED"+choice["name"])

<b>  self.report('INFO', "Added " + choice["name"])</b>

the error being

TypeError: _OT_add_op.report(): error with argument 1, “type” - , Function.type
expected a set, not a str

so how can this be corrected for latest Bmesh SVN ?

thanks for any help

note i check another older script which is working

and it looks like we simply took off this line
and the script now work fine

but would be interesting to know what happen to this function?

thanks

You could try passing it “a set, not a str” like the warning is says…
