Error on Render Attempt - Profile is optional H.264 too High

Hi. I have a few cuts, and 2 text overlays, 30fps, 960x540, output MPEG, H.264 format, audio codec mp3, only 2 minutes in length.

v.2.69 linux mint 6 cpu 8 gb ram

Searched for this error, but can’t find any reference to it or any part of it at all anywhere.

I have been able to render other edited video that was 1080p is the resolution the problem maybe?

I changed Dimensions to one of the Render Presets and I as able to render, but in a different audio format, but now another issue…
