hi i get an error when opening although blender seems to work still. a dos prompt opens saying
“‘import site’ failed use -v for traceback”
i tried typing in the prompt but it isnt a prompt its uneditable. wat do i do?
its a second blender window and if i close it, blender closes
i have gotten that message too but i got it from opening Tuhopuu2.
You can safely ignore this error.
The second “DOS” window is the console window, it is needed by Blender. Yes, if you close it Blender closes also.

but when I have installed Python 2.2 on my HD like here:
“C:\Python22”
it all vanished 
hmm so are you saying i should instal it to my c dir?
first try to set your pythonpath (info window at the top) to where you have installed python
if this doesn’t work, try the other thing if you want
man this is really hard workingf without und. are they supposed to make one?
u know what? im not sure if i can… it’s scaring me because i know i will lose a shit load of work due to hard concentration. damn… i really wanna give blender a try man./…
