This is amazingly simple to use and very handy - I tested just now with my own scripts and I must say that this is something I had missed so badly. I have been manually using the Find and Replace as a way to get to the appropriate Operator for awhile now.

Reboot Blender Addon

Hi, sorry if this is a bit late, I made an updated addon that automatically opens the console again: reboot_blender.zip (2.9 KB) (It’s multifile now, so you need to install the whole zip)

This is not a text editor add-on, but I have found an excellent add-on for restarting to solve problems that cannot be solved by reloading.
