A stylized, female version of Adam Jensen from Deus Ex. It’s his long lost sister/cousin/clone 
The smoke… could have been done better. She was supposed to be blowing smoke, but that didn’t work out.

Honestly she’s stylized enough that the smoke still works. I wouldn’t think anything was wrong with it if you hadn’t said anything, I would just assume it was stylized too.
She looks pretty cool. This is getting my vote for featured row.
