Hi, I am stuck trying to solve a problem of scaling some inset circular faces that are combined. I don’t know how to get them the scale evenly to match the bevel on the outer side of the geometry.

Hard to explain. I have attached some images of the problem. I want the selected faces to match the evenness of the outer bevel when they are scaled down, but they are not even after I scale them. They seem to be loosing their evenness in the area where the circles join.

**Pre-scale:**

**Post scale (uneven, does not match the outer bevel):**

How can I achieve this, or any tips on what tool / method I should look into to accomplish this?

Thanks for any tips or assistance. Apologies if it is not explained well enough or confusing. I can try to explain it better or upload more screen shots if necessary.

It seems the threr circles/disc have “independent” (because of the “overlap”) geomtry.. then try _Individual Origins_..

Thanks for the tip. I should have cleaned up the messy resultant boolean geometry before asking the question (it just added confusion)!

I fixed it in the end by abandoning scaling and deleting those selected faces and the connected extruded faces. I then filled the area and used Inset to evenly create the new shape, I then just moved the shape back on X-axis.
