Exact collisions while an action is playing

I have an elevator but it is controls by armatures and therefore causing the collisions to act up. How do I get all of the collisions to be exact even though it is playing an action? I need this fixed because when I try to go on the elevator I am unable to and it is a necessary part of the game.

Anyway. An armature for an elevator is a bit overhead. A simple IPO would do that. With that the physics is exact enought.
