Example script needed

Could someone point me to a script that makes use of (most of) the following functions

GetMouseCoords()

GetAreaID()
QTest()

QAdd(win, event, val, after)
QHandle(winId)
QRead()

I’m working on a script that is supposed to be updating the mesh in realtime based on how far the mouse has moved in the 3d window from previous mouse coordinates since the last update and based on key and mousebutton states. My intent is to write an equivalent to

http://www.tools4d.com/MeshSurgery/flashclips/brush%20move.html

A second question, is there a script that tells me my coordinates in UV space for the current mesh? Right now, I’m doing a circle select based on the circle select tool (and then doing culling to deselect the back face verts), however, I’d prefer to do a circle select based on the mesh surface location.

Thanks for your assistance,

LetterRip

Wow, that looked handy. :slight_smile:

I know this isn’t what you asked for, but it’s the best I can do for now.

Maybe you knew it existed, maybe you didn’t. It does something similar to what the flash clip showed, only it’s not as “interactive.”
It’s webpage is here:

This probably isn’t what you need, but I hope it helps regardless.
