i saved runtime and then when i execute it Windows says
“This application has failed to start because zlib.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem”
Could someone explain what’s wrong?

Pretty obvious, the zlib.dll is missing.
You should find it in your blender directory. Copy it to the location of your exe and restart.
i didn’t know u need
zlib.dll
SDL.dll
pthreadVC2.dll
in the same folder with .exe!
