Hello, how to make .exe file in Blender 2.56?

And do you now any good turtorials for beginner for blender 2.56?

In the user preferences, there’s an addon called Game Engine: Save as runtime. You may have to get that from the contributed addons as I’m not sure that it comes with Blender by default.
