explosion slow down

I’ve just made an muddy explosion in a box, but you can’t really see it, because it’s too fast. ~ 10-20 frames.
Is there a way to slow down the physics engine?

I’m not sure about this because I haven’t done it myself…

but I remember seeing somewhere that the speed of the fluid simulation is determined by the ‘scale’ property. Or size or something… by default it is very small, so it goes very quickly.

but it uses a particle system and the explode modifier
so i can’t use the fluid block

Oh okay, I thought you might be using fluids for the mud…

Reduce the Tweak setting to slow down the particle simulation. (Object / Particle panel)
