i have a problem with my animation!
how can i export my animation who use constraints to a fbx or alembic file?
with the standard fbx export option, i haven’t good results!
i need the fbx or alembic file for diffrent 3D-Softwares like c4d or unity. test.blend (680.8 KB)
is there a work around?
Constraints don’t get exported (at least not to .fbx, dunno about alembic but I’d be surprised if they got exported-- they’re specific to Blender, other engines aren’t going to implement them or aren’t going to implement them the same way.)
Bake your animation to visual transforms.using the “bake action” operation with your armature selected. Not something I’ve done more than once, to check the feature out, so you’ll probably have to look for documentation and other tutorials-- just letting you know what feature you should be looking at, reading about, playing with.
