Its possible to export only audio in a sequence project (as wav or mp3)? i mean Not embeded in a video of any kind

Absolutely, but it’s kind of slow.
Go to Properties panel–>Scene–> audio panel and click the mixdown button.

For Blender 2.8: go to the top menu bar and click on “Render” then choose “Render Audio”. From the pop-up window, choose your file type (“Container”), where to save your file, and audio settings such as bitrate.
