Export/Save Image?

This is probably a very newbie question, but is there a way to export a Yafray rendering, (done through the Blender plugin), as an image? I swore I saw something about saving and exporting images in documentation somewhere, but I cannot find it now, nor anywhere in the forums.

Edit: Found it right under my nose! :wink: Any way to adjust the quality of the JPEG??
