Export sculpt as alpha in Blender

Hi!

In Zbrush, it’s quite easy to export a sculpt as an alpha image. This is incredibly handy, as it allows you to use that alpha in other programs, such as Substance Designer. It is really a matter of pressing the export button. You can see it in action here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2EHGceoE8CQ

Do you think this would be achievable in Blender? Does anyone know how?

I guess you can use mist pass:
