export to skp

I have got a question if its is possible to export my modeled building to sketch-up (skp).
What’s the best way to do this and is it possible with textures.
I know normally its the other way around form sketch up to blender but that is no problem.

I think sketchup can do Collada files which is .dae file format . Not sure about textures.
