Exporting Internal Render generated textures?

Hi again, I made a material for a model, then I had the idea of porting the model to another program, Source FilmMaker.
I ported it just fine but the material uses a generated cloud texture from Internal Render, for the specular map.
The problem is: I can’t export that texture! I have tried baking it but it fails. Is there a way to export the generated texture?
